This gastronomy tour explores the deep connection between olive oil and Mediterranean cuisine. It consists of two main parts:

Part 1: Olive Oil in Mediterranean Cuisine.

• An introduction to olive oil and its vital importance in Mediterranean cooking.
• Key facts and information about Mediterranean gastronomy.
• Introduction to professional olive oil tasting.
• Introduction to olive oil pairing.

Part 2: Hands-on approach. We cook together, using generous amounts of olive oil, even in unexpected dishes!

Price includes:

• Personal samples for olive oil tasting.
• Personal samples for olive oil pairing exercises.
• All other costs related to the tour, not specifically mentioned here.
• All applicable taxes and commissions.

Price does not include:

• Transport to and from the Melissakis Olive Mill. For transport, click here.

Important Notes:

1. Children under 6 years of age can join this tour free of charge, and do not require a reservation.
2. The experience lasts approximately 4 hours, plus an additional 30–60 minutes to relax and enjoy the meal prepared during the cooking session.
